ORDERS

We accept orders via phone or online. It is entirely possible to reach our maximum order numbers for a specific day. 

ONLINE ORDERS

Recommended for Self-service if you know the exact size, flavor, design, event date and delivery/pickup time. Orders are 100% prepaid online and will be confirmed within 24 hours. 

NOTE: Orders placed or cancelled less than 5 full business days from event date are Non-Refundable.

PHONE ORDERS

 All orders require prepayment. To book the event date, we require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total amount.

Order modifications and cancellations must be made by 12:00pm Pacific Time five business days prior to event date.

 However, if the order date is within five business days of your event date, 100% of the total amount is due.
